Thin for Halloween 🎃
This is my personal October plan, so even if I can’t make it to my goal weight in a month, I can at least make some progress and look better for Halloween!
Aim for 200-400 calories a day, 500 max! The lower the better!
Fast at least 1 day a week, 2 or even 3 days a week, if you can manage it. At least 16 hours minimum each day between eating periods.
Weigh in every Friday or Saturday morning after a day of fasting.
No junk food, fast food, or candy at all until the day of Halloween!
Take a multivitamin and drink lemon water every day.

Daily exercise:
25 squats
25 leg lifts each side
25 inner leg lifts each side
1 min wall sit x 3
25 Russian twists
1 min plank x 3
25 crunches
25 triceps dips
25 arm stretch planks
25 push ups
100 jumping jacks
10,000+ steps tracked
If fasting, only do some light stretches and walking.
